Banks and customers

ESG data for your bank and customers, ready to copy.

Banks ask for ESG figures in loan applications and annual reviews, and large customers need their suppliers' emissions. The app prepares these figures from your VSME report, each with a unit, a method and a document behind it.

Outputs for the people who ask

The Reports and export screen of the EnvironmentalReport app with the available outputs
VSME report, bank data in XLSX, supplier package and audit packages, each with its completeness.
  • ESG data for banks (Excel)

Copy-ready key figures with units, text to paste, VS 2026 references and the evidence code from the report.

  • Supplier package

A PDF and structured data for a buyer, including the Methodology Statement, so the recipient can check the calculation rules.

  • EFRAG VSME Digital Template

A ZIP that maps your data to the EFRAG VSME Digital Template 1.3.0 for further processing.

  • Only what you choose

You decide which documents go into each package before you send it.

When the bank asks

A company with ten employees or fewer can include energy and emissions, and optionally water and waste, because its bank asks for them. The questionnaire offers this choice directly.

The ESG data for banks workbook opens in a full-size preview in the app. Copy a value or its text into the bank's form; full-precision values stay in the structured data package.

When a customer asks

Customers often need your Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for their own report. Add the disclosures they request, record that they come from a customer and send the supplier package. The app also shows the value-chain cap, the limit on information that may be requested from small companies, which applies to financial years starting in 2027.

Share figures, not your whole project

Packages contain the report, structured data and only the documents you include. Your project, the rest of your evidence and internal notes stay on your devices.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Excel workbook fit our bank's form?

It contains the key figures with units, text and references so that they can be copied into most forms. Each bank's form looks different, so values are copied rather than uploaded.

Is the VSME package an XBRL file?

No. It maps your data to the EFRAG VSME Digital Template 1.3.0. It is not a validated XBRL submission.

Can we send only part of the data?

Yes. You choose the output and which documents are included in each PDF or ZIP.
