Evidence you can rely on

Each document has a title, the fields it supports, a document type and a note on the period or page. Review records whether a figure has been transcribed and whether the evidence is complete; a document from another period or an unreadable scan does not count as proof.

Documents are copied into the project with a SHA-256 fingerprint and linked to the figures they support, so a recipient can check that a file has not changed.

Audit Ready and the change log

Create Audit Ready PDF is a deliberate decision for one reporting year. The data stay editable, but every later report PDF keeps the Audit Ready badge and the change log, so it is always visible that figures changed.

Audit Ready means the report is ready for review with changes tracked. It is not an auditor's signature.

Independent calculation and methodology review

Calculation workpapers export the activity data, factors and evidence fingerprints as a PDF index, Excel and CSV. For an independent review, choose a provider from the trusted list, export the review package after sign-off and import the signed review when it is returned; the app checks it against the exact version of the report.

Frequently asked questions

Is Audit Ready an audit?

No. It records a baseline and tracks changes so that a reviewer can see what changed. Independent assurance comes from an authorised provider.

Which files can we attach?

Documents such as PDF invoices, photos and scans. On iPhone and iPad you can photograph or scan a document directly.

Do recipients receive all our documents?

No. Only the documents you include in the PDF appendix or the ZIP package.
