From the questionnaire to the report

Start with the client questionnaire: a fillable PDF with the questions of the standard, each with the department that usually knows the answer. The client fills it in on a computer and returns it; the app reads the answers, keeps the original PDF and shows which answers were accepted and which need your attention.

Within a project, the questionnaire shares the questions out among the client's departments, such as accounting, HR, facilities and management. Evidence, emails and ERP or SAP data are linked to the figures they support.

Can the client fill in the questionnaire without the app?

Yes. The questionnaire is a fillable PDF that opens in an ordinary PDF reader. The client returns the completed file to you and you import it into the app.

Is the questionnaire in other languages?

The questionnaire on this page is in English. The app and its reports are available in English and French, and its guides in English, French and Slovak.

Where are my clients' data stored?

In the app's protected storage on your own devices. For client data, switch on the encrypted workspace; it is also needed to pair another device of yours. Keep a separate backup; clients receive only the files you export.
